FAQ

Tickets

Can I buy tickets at a reduced price?
In accordance with the criteria set by the event organiser, certain categories of spectators may be eligible to purchase tickets at a reduced rate. Reduced-price tickets are valid for entry only if the ticket holder meets the criteria established by the organiser for that category of discount. Even when online sales are subject to verification of these criteria (e.g. loyalty card, personal details, etc.), the ticket holder is still required to present themselves at the entrance with the necessary documentation to verify their entitlement to the discount; failure to do so will result in the ticket being rendered completely invalid if these requirements cannot be verified or are not met.
Can I change my booking?
It is not normally possible to change the details of bookings that have already been confirmed
I have made a booking for two people and would like to add more
It is not possible to amend details or bookings that have already been confirmed. You will therefore need to make a new booking for the tickets you wish to add, although this does not guarantee that the seats will be next to those in your original booking
How are numbered seats allocated? Are my seats next to each other?
Depending on the number of seats requested, allocation within the chosen price category may be based on the numbered seating plan or on the ‘best seat’ criterion – that is, the best available grouping of seats. In some venues (e.g. theatres), seats may be divided into sections consisting entirely of odd-numbered or even-numbered seats. For example, Seat 13 in Row P and Seat 15 in Row P might be next to each other. Generally, if adjacent seats are not available, our Customer Service team will notify you by email as soon as possible.
The refund for the tickets I bought online hasn’t appeared on my bank statement yet. What should I do?
Credit card companies usually take a few weeks to credit the amount back to your current account. You can contact Servizi Interbancari’s Customer Services directly on 02-3498 0888 for further information, or you can email us, quoting the reference number of your original order
The concert has been cancelled or rescheduled. What are my rights?
You are entitled to request a refund of the ticket price from the event organiser. The law provides for a refund of the ticket price, excluding agency fees and commissions
I can’t attend the event – can I arrange for someone else to collect the tickets?
Bookings are made in your name, so they are NOT normally transferable. This is to ensure the security of your order and the payment you have made. Boxofficesardegna will do its utmost at the collection point, but cannot guarantee that this will be possible.
I have made a booking, but I haven’t received the confirmation email
On-screen confirmation that your booking has been processed is provided immediately after authorisation of the payment has been received from the payment system. The email confirmation is usually sent once we have verified that everything you’ve requested is fully available. This normally takes place within 36 hours, during office hours, of receiving your booking. If this hasn’t happened, the following may be the case: The confirmation email has been mistakenly flagged as spam by your email service. Simply check your spam folder to ensure the email has not ended up there. The booking has not been completed successfully (for example, the transaction has not been correctly authorised by your bank). The email address provided during the booking process is incorrect. In any case, please do not hesitate to contact us for further clarification.
Is it possible to have the tickets delivered to my home? How are the tickets posted?
Tickets are only posted to your home if this option is listed amongst the available delivery methods next to the show’s description. Home delivery is usually carried out by Postacelere, or alternatively by other couriers offering similar guarantees. We recommend that you do not select home delivery (even if it is an option) if there are fewer than 10 days to go before the event you are booking. Tickets are dispatched so that they arrive at least three days before the date of the event. For information regarding your booking, please contact us by email.
Where is the box office? At what time can I collect my tickets?
Tickets purchased for collection at the box office on the day of the event can only be collected on the day of the performance. Generally, a dedicated counter marked ‘online bookings’ or similar signage is set up at the box office of the venue where the performance or event is taking place. Generally, the ticket office opens: For theatres: approximately 1 hour before the start. For pop concerts or major events: at least 2 hours before the start. For events expecting large crowds, it may open several hours beforehand.
I don’t have a printer to print out the confirmation email
We recommend that you send us an email to let us know about the problem. In some cases, it may be sufficient to write down your purchase code and any other identifying details (seated number, etc.) and go to the box office (or other designated location) with your ID.

Payments

I don’t have a credit card – how can I book tickets?
The only payment method available for the online service is by credit card. However, you can purchase tickets in cash at one of our sales outlets, which you can find on our website
I am unable to complete the payment
The payment system may display an error message for a variety of reasons. Please ensure that: a) the credit card used is valid; b) you have not exceeded your monthly spending limit; c) the card is one of the types accepted by the system (the accepted cards are listed on the homepage). Communication errors may occasionally occur between your computer and the bank’s server; in which case we recommend waiting a while and trying to place a new order later. Any order that is incomplete will be considered void and no amount will be charged.
How do I know if my online purchase has gone through successfully?
After entering your credit card number via the bank’s online portal, you must wait for confirmation that the transaction has been completed. If the booking has been successful, you will normally receive a confirmation email within 36 hours at the address provided on the order form. This confirmation will contain details of your purchase and how the ticket will be delivered; it will also include the ticket itself as an attachment if you have purchased a digital ticket.
What does the price of a ticket consist of?
Tickets have a net price to which so-called ‘booking fees’ are added – these are always charged by the Organiser – plus any surcharge to cover bank charges for online services, such as those provided via the internet or by telephone. The prices shown in our price lists always include booking fees, and service charges are always clearly highlighted.
Is payment by credit card secure?
The system’s payment method operates via a secure channel with SSL encryption using 128-bit certificates. Credit card details are entered directly via the virtual terminal of the banking service (CartaSi), which checks the validity of the card and the availability of the amount to be paid in real time. This system enables us to ensure the utmost confidentiality of your data. The credit cards accepted are listed on the Home Page and may vary. Reference to the original order.
